RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ITEM - PLEASE PRINT THE (ABOVE PDF) FORM, FILL OUT DETAILS AND SEND BACK WITH BAG

• You can return the product to us within 14 days for a full refund/exchange if the product is in "like-new" condition. K9 Sport Sack® does not refund shipping fees.

• Products are returned/exchanged at your own postal cost, each way. There is no free shipping in this case.

• All products must have all original tags and labels along with NO hair/dirt/marks. Please clean them if necessary.

• All returned products that do not follow our return policy may result in an additional cleaning/processing fee up to 20% of items cost.

• Refunds will go back though payment used for purchase and can take up to 5 - 7 working days.

K9 SPORT SACK WARRANTY

• The duration of K9 Sport Sack warranty is 60 days from receipt of the purchase.

• The warranty only includes defects and malfunctions. If a defect/malfunction occurs within the warranty period, K9 Sport Sack will replace/refund the item. Warranty does not cover dissatisfied customers, dogs or damage caused to product due to dog chewing/scratching/playing etc.

• Please contact us immediately if there is a defect/malfunction, send a photo of the defect via email or message via the Facebook page. If a defect/malfunction occurs in the warranty period but customer contacts us after the warranty period, there is no coverage.
• K9 Sport Sack reserves the right to introduce new products at any time. Products received cannot be exchanged for new/updated products under any circumstance.

SHIPPING / POSTAGE

• K9 Sport Sack Australia sends to destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Process handling time is 1-2 working days, your K9 bag is then sent via Australia Post, depending on your location, this will take 2-10 working days. 
• You will receive a confirmation of item shipment with tracking information.
• Postage is from $12.50 in AUS and $20 to NZ unless on 'Special'.
• EXPRESS post via Australia Post is an option, at checkout, for those in Australia, flat rate $16.50
